We lovingly hand-make our delicious plant-based super sliders using only the finest and freshest wholefood ingredients. They’re soy, gluten and palm oil-free.
Our beetroot sliders are packed full of whole grains, legumes, vegetables and healthy extra virgin olive oil. With a special blend of six different spices and beetroot roasted with balsamic vinegar and wild rosemary! They’re bursting with flavour, quick and easy to prepare and go from the freezer to fork in under fifteen minutes.
Ingredients: brown lentils, butternut, onion, beetroot, gluten-free oats, tapioca starch, extra virgin olive oil, ground flaxseed, chickpea flour, salt, black pepper, blended spices, balsamic vinegar and wild rosemary.
Cooking Instructions: Lilah’s sliders can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. If defrosted reduce cooking times accordingly. Serve when cooked through.

Pan Fry – medium – 10 min
Heat a splash of your favourite oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Allow the sliders to brown on each side before turning.
Braai – medium – 15 min
Cook over medium coals straight ion the grid. Allow the sliders to brown on each side before turning.
Air Fryer – 180 degree – 8 min
Brush/spray sliders with a little oil before cooking for a crispier coating.
